1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

All e-book purchases are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and the product has been delivered or made available for download.

This is because digital products cannot be returned, and access is granted immediately after purchase.


2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

We may consider a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong file or a different e-book than what you ordered
  • The e-book file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and a working version cannot be provided
  • You accidentally made multiple payments for the same item
